An internal error has occurred while processing a configuration

Try one or more of the following:

Make sure that AccuRead OCR and AccuRead Messenger are installed

  1. Open a Web browser, and then type the printer IP address.

    Note: Locate the IP address on the printer home screen.
  2. Click Settings or Configuration.

  3. Depending on your printer model, do one of the following:

  4. Click Install a New App.

  5. From the App Install File section, browse to the flash file (.fls), and then click Start.


Make sure that the application is licensed and that the license is up-to-date

  1. Open a Web browser, and then type the printer IP address.

    Note: Locate the IP address on the printer home screen.
  2. Click Settings or Configuration.

  3. Depending on your printer model, do one of the following:

  4. Click the license status of the appropriate application, and then install or update the license.


Make sure that the printer hard disk is installed

Make sure that the installed printer hard disk has a minimum of 10GB available space
