User account still exists after deleting it from local accounts

Deleting a local user account does not delete the account from the address book and Device Quotas.

Try one or more of the following:

Delete the user account from the address book

  1. From the Embedded Web Server, click Address Book.

  2. Select one or more users that you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete.


Delete the user account from Device Quotas

  1. From the Embedded Web Server, navigate to the configuration page for the application:

    Apps > Device Quotas > Configure

  2. From the User Accounts section, select the user that you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. Click Apply.
