A local or network account login method can be used to establish secure access to the application.
Note: The application does not support the PIN and password function access control types. |
From the Embedded Web Server, click Settings > Security > Login Methods.
If necessary, create a group.
From the Local Accounts section, click Manage Groups/Permissions > Add Group.
Type a unique group name, and then configure the group access control.
Expand Apps, and then select Google Drive.
Click Save.
Create a user account.
From the Local Accounts section, click Add User.
Select User Name/Password or User Name, and then type the user information.
From the Permission Groups section, select the group with the appropriate access controls.
Click Save.
From the Embedded Web Server, click Settings > Security > Login Methods.
From the Network Accounts section, click Add Login Method, and then select a method.
Do either of the following:
For LDAP or Kerberos, configure the network settings, and then click Save and Verify.
Notes:
For Active Directory, do the following:
Type the domain information, and then click Join Domain.
If necessary, adjust the domain settings by clicking Active Directory from the Network Account section.
Click Save and Verify.
Click Manage Groups/Permissions beside the network account.
Expand Apps, and then select Google Drive.
Click Save.
