Cleaning the scanner glass
Clean the scanner glass when:
- There are ink smudges.
- Dirt or dust have accumulated on the surface.
- Fingerprints are on the surface.
To clean the scanner glass:
- Dampen a clean cloth.
- Gently wipe the glass clean. Make sure all ink or corrective fluid on the document is dry before placing the document on the scanner glass.
