Pause print jobs

1. From the Finder window, choose Go  Applications  Utilities  Print Center. You can also access the Print Center from the Print dialog. From your software application, choose File  Print. From the Printer: pop-up menu at the top of the dialog, choose Edit Printer List... .
2. Choose the printer whose print job you want to hold.
3. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Printers.
4. Choose Show Queue or Show Jobs.
5. Choose the print job you want to hold.
6. Click Hold.
7. Repeat steps 5 through 6 if you want to pause other print jobs.
