Remove the All-In-One software

If the All-In-One software is not installed properly, a communications error message is displayed when you try to print. You may need to remove the All-In-One software, and then reinstall it.

  1. From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark 2200 Series folder.
  2. Double-click the 2200 Series Uninstaller icon.
  3. Complete the user authentication notice, and then click OK. For help on passwords, click to access the Help Center.
  4. Click Uninstall.
  5. Follow the steps on your screen to remove the All-In-One software.
