Checking the printer status
Making sure that the printer is set as the default printer
- From the Finder window, choose Applications
Utilities Print Center.
- Click 3300 Series from the list.
- From the "Printers" menu, click the Make Default icon (for Mac OS X version 10.2).
Making sure that the printer is set as the current printer
- With the document open, choose File Page Setup.
- From the "Format for" pop-up menu, choose 3300 Series.
- Click OK.
- Choose File Print.
- From the "Printer" pop-up menu, choose 3300 Series.
Making sure that the printer is not put on hold or paused
- From the Finder window choose Applications Utilities Print Center.
- Highlight the 3300 Series in the list.
- From the Printers drop-down menu, choose Show Jobs.
- Select the job from the list.
- Click the Resume icon.
