Edit the Application List Setup

From the Application List, you can choose which application to send your scanned images to for saving or editing.
A list of applications is generated in the Application List Setup when you install your All-In-One software. You can expand this list to a maximum of 50 applications.

You can add, remove, or modify an application in the Application List Setup.

  1. Open the Lexmark All-In-One Center.
  2. Select the Scan tab.
  3. From the Send scanned images to: pop-up menu, scroll down to the bottom of the list and click Application List Setup... .

To add an application to the list:
  1. Click Add... to open the add application dialog.
  2. In the Display Name box, enter the name of the software application that you want to add. Or click Browse... to Navigate through the list of applications available in your computer. Click the application that you want to add to the Application List.
  3. Click Choose.
  4. Choose the file type you want your scan to be sent as from the File Type pop-up menu.
  5. Edit the name to be displayed in the Send scanned images to: pop-up menu.
  6. Click OK.
To remove an application from the list:
  1. On the list of applications, click the one that you want to remove.
  2. Click Remove... .
  3. If you are sure, click OK when prompted. Otherwise, click Cancel.
To modify an application in the list:
  1. On the list of applications, click the one that you want to modify.
  2. Click Modify... .
    • Edit the name to be displayed in the Send the scanned images to: pop-up menu.
    • Click Browse... to select a new path to the application.
    • From File Type, choose the file type you want your scan to be sent as.
  3. Click OK.
