Selecting an orientation

1. From the software application, choose File  Page Setup. The Page Setup dialog appears.
2. Select the icon that represents the orientation you want:
   
   
   • Portrait
   • Landscape
   • Reverse Landscape
3. Click OK to return to the software application.
4. Choose File  Print to open the Print dialog and print the document.
