Pausing print jobs

For Mac OS X version 10.2.3

1. While the document is printing, click the Print Center icon in the dock. The Printer List window appears.
2. Click 4300 Series. The 4300 Series window appears.
3. Select the print job you want to pause.
4. Click the Hold icon.

For Mac OS X version 10.3

1. While the document is printing, click the All-In-One icon in the dock. The 4300 Series window appears.
2. Select the print job you want to pause.
3. Click the Hold icon.
