Clean the print rollers

Cleaning the rollers is only necessary after printing on Hagaki or other paper that leaves a powder residue.

Before cleaning the print rollers, make sure:

• There is no paper jam
• The printer is on.
• You read the instructions that came with the cleaning sheet

1. Remove the protective backing from the cleaning sheet. Cleaning sheets are sold separately in retail outlets.
2. Load the cleaning sheet into the printer with the sticky side of the sheet facing the paper support.
3. Lower the paper feed guard, squeeze the paper guide, and slide it to the left edge of the cleaning sheet.
4. Press and hold the Select button for about three seconds to load the sheet, and then press Select again to run the sheet through the print rollers.
5. Reload the cleaning sheet with the sticky side facing the front of the printer, and repeat steps 3 and 4.
