Did you properly connect the digital camera to the PictBridge port?

Check your camera documentation to make sure that your digital camera is PictBridge enabled. Most PictBridge-enabled devices are marked with this sign:

If your camera is not PictBridge-enabled, remove the camera and use one that supports such features.

Is there a memory card inserted in the memory card reader?

Remove the memory card from the memory card reader.

Are you using the USB cable that came with your digital camera?

You must use the USB cable that came with your digital camera. Refer to your digital camera documentation to determine which type of USB cable it supports.
