Did the jam occur in the paper tray?

Have the printer automatically eject the paper:

1. Press and hold the Select button to eject the paper. Remove the paper from the paper exit tray.
2. Reprint any missing pages.

Did the printer eject the jammed paper after trying the solution above?

If the printer does not eject the paper, manually remove the paper:

1. Press the Power button to turn the printer off.
2. Pull the paper slowly and firmly from the printer.
3. Press to turn the printer back on.

Are you using a paper designed for an inkjet printer?
