OpenOffice.org | Start OpenOffice.org. From the menu, choose Insert Picture Scan Select Source... or Insert Graphics Scan Select Source.... From Options, choose ip-address. Specify the IP address of the printer in the ip-address field. From Options, choose Image Settings source. From the drop-down menu, choose Multiple Pages. Click OK. From the OpenOffice.org menu, choose Insert Picture Scan Request... or Insert Graphics Scan Request.... The printer scans all pages. Then, the first page is imported into your document. From the OpenOffice.org menu, choose Insert Picture Scan Request... or Insert Graphics Scan Request... to import the second page, or until all the pages are imported into your document.

XSane | In the command line, type xsane. From the XSane main window, choose Multiple Pages. From the menu bar, choose Window Show standard options. Specify the IP address of your printer. From the XSane main window, click Scan. The first page of your document appears. Click Scan until all the pages of your document appear.
To have all the pages appear at once: From the XSane main window, choose Preferences Setup. Click the Enhancement Tab. From the ADF Modus drop-down menu, choose Scan Multiple Page. Scan your document.
