For Windows users
With a document open, click File > Print .
Select a printer, and then click Properties , Preferences , Options , or Setup .
Click Paper/Finishing , and then configure the Paper settings.
In the Offset menu, select a setting.
Click OK , and then click Print .
For Macintosh users
With a document open, click File > Print .
Select a printer.
From the Finishing Options menu, select Apply Finishings > Printer Options .
Click Offset , and then select a setting.
Click Print .
Load an original document into the ADF tray or on the scanner glass.
From the control panel, select Copy , and then specify the number of copies.
Select More Settings , and then select Offset Pages .
Enable the menu, and then select a setting.
Print the document.
