Forwarding a fax

Note: Make sure that fax is configured. For more information, see Setting up the printer to fax.

  1. Create a destination shortcut.

    1. From the home screen, touch Shortcut Center.

      Note: The icon and name may have been changed. For more information, contact your administrator.

    2. Select a printer function, and then touch Create Shortcut.

    3. Configure the settings, and then touch Save.

    4. Type a unique shortcut name.

    5. Touch OK.

      Note: Take note of the shortcut number.

  2. From the home screen, touch Settings > Fax > Fax Setup > Fax Receive Settings > Admin Controls.

  3. Touch Fax Forwarding and then touch Forward or Print and Forward.

  4. Touch Forward to, and then select a destination.

  5. Select a destination type, and then enter the shortcut number of the destination.
