Remove paper from the multipurpose feeder.
Remove the jammed paper.
| Note: Make sure that all paper fragments are removed. |
Flex, fan, and align the paper edges before loading.
Reload paper, and then adjust the paper guide.
If necessary, press 
on the control panel.
