Cannot recognize bar codes

Try one or more of the following:

Make sure that the bar code type is supported

For more information, see Supported bar code types.

Make sure that the bar code is selected on the scan preview

If you select only a part of the bar code, then it may be classified as a different bar code type or may not be recognized.

Make sure that the bar code is aligned horizontally or vertically with the scanner

Locate bar codes manually

The application can automatically recognize bar code types on A3- and legal-size paper only. For more information, see Adding a bar code template.
