Cannot find user quota

Try one or more of the following:

Add a user using the Device Quotas or Address Book application

• For more information on adding users from Device Quotas, see Managing individual users.

• For more information on adding users from Address Book, see the Address Book Administrator’s Guide. This option applies only to Address Book version 1.1 or later.

Synchronize users from internal accounts

Adding a user or changing user information from internal accounts does not automatically update the users in Device Quotas.

1. Open a Web browser, and then type the printer IP address.

   Note: Locate the IP address from the printer home screen.

2. Click Applications > Device Quotas.

3. From the Usage Data section, click Sync Internal Accounts.
