Nothing happens when the flash drive is inserted

Make sure that the flash drive is inserted into the front USB port

The flash drive works only when it is inserted into the front USB port.

Make sure that the printer is not currently busy processing another print, copy, scan, or fax job

Make sure that the flash drive is supported
