Configuring the servers using API
Enabling or disabling the server
Before you begin, make sure that you have an API platform installed. These instructions apply to hardware and software load balancer environments.

In your API platform, type
https://<server/loadbalancer_ip
(hostname)
>/lmc/rws/server/v1/hw/status/
<offline/online>

Notes:

(hostname)
—Type the IP address of the load balancer environment.

<offline/online>
—Type
offline
to disable the server and
online
to enable the server.

<server_ip1>, <server_ip2>, <server_ipN>
—Type the IP addresses of the servers that you want to disable or enable.

Notes:

You can enable or disable multiple servers at a time.

The default user name is
apiuser
, and the default password is
clientpwd
.
Uploading a server license
Note:
You can upload only one license at a time.

In your API platform, type
https://

<server_ip>
is the IP address of the server.
