From the Windows Control Panel, go to Windows Defender Firewall, and then click Advanced Settings > Inbound Rules.
From the Actions section, click New Rule.
From the Rule Type section, select Custom, and then click Next.
From the Program section, select This program path, and then browse to the location of the database. Click Next.
In the “Protocol type” menu, select TCP.
In the “Local port” menu, select Specific Ports, and then enter the port number of the database. Click Next.
When prompted which remote IP addresses the rule applies to, select These IP addresses, and then click Add.
Specify the IP addresses of the server and load balancer, and then click Next.
From the Action section, select Allow the connection, and then click Next.
If necessary, from the Profile section, select Domain, Private, and Public. Click Next.
Type a unique name for the inbound rule.
Click Finish.
