Importing or exporting information

1. From the Embedded Web Server, navigate to the configuration page for the application:

   Apps > Embedded Lexmark Remote Asset Manager > Configure

2. Do either of the following:

   For configuration files

   1. Click Import/Export Configuration.

   2. Do either of the following:

      • Browse to the configuration file, and then click Import.

        Note: If data collector is enrolled, then the Rollup Server Configuration settings are ignored when importing the configuration file.

      • Click Export.

      Note: The Embedded Lexmark Remote Asset Manager data is exported as a .json file.

   For a list of devices enrolled to Lexmark Fleet Tracker

   Click Data Collection > Export Rollup Data.

Importing the data into Lexmark Fleet Tracker

1. From the Fleet Tracker web portal, click Manage > Fleet > Data Collectors.

2. Click Import Data.

   Note: To enable the Import Data button, select All Groups.

3. Browse to the .json file, and then click Done.

   Note: Only .json files can be imported in Lexmark Fleet Tracker. The export feature is available on Embedded Lexmark Remote Asset Manager version 1.2 or earlier. However, the format of the exported data is not compatible to be imported in Lexmark Fleet Tracker version 3 and later. Exported data from Embedded Lexmark Remote Asset Manager 1.2 can be manually imported only into Lexmark Fleet Tracker 4.
