Running a full collection

Before you begin, make sure that you have discovered printers. For more information, see Configuring printer discovery.

  1. From the Embedded Web Server, navigate to the configuration page for the application:

    Apps > Embedded Lexmark Remote Asset Manager > Configure

  2. Click Data Collection > Start Collection Now.

    Note: We recommend collecting up to 100 devices only.

Running a full collection from the Lexmark Fleet Tracker server

You can also execute the full collection remotely from the Fleet Tracker server.

  1. From the Fleet Tracker web portal, click Manage > Fleet > Data Collectors.

  2. Click the status of the data collector.

    Note: The data collector must be in Running status.

  3. Go to the Remote Management tab.

  4. Click Execute Full Collection.

    5. Note: This feature only works for data collectors enrolled with Fleet Tracker using the HTTP/HTTPS rollup method.
