If a network error occurs before the printer has started forwarding a fax to an e-mail address or network share, the fax will not be forwarded but instead printed in its entirety. c. If there is no reply e-mail address configured in the printer SMTP setup, then the application will not be able to send e-mail properly. Make sure that the reply e-mail address field is filled. NOTE: When a UCF file is exported from a printer, the network share password is not exported for security reasons. Therefore, when you import the UCF file to a printer, you will need to either open the file in a text editor and add the password before importing or add the password in the printer Embedded Web Server after it is imported. 5.
