1. OVERVIEW

    This Readme file pertains to the current release of the LEXMARK SECURE
	DOCUMENT MONITOR application.

    Lexmark Secure Document Monitor is an embedded solution that can be
    installed on printers that support the Lexmark Embedded Solutions
    Framework (eSF) v7.x. This app helps protect hard-copy data by
    automatically capturing and routing content and user data from every
    document that passes through Lexmark devices. It routes the data to 
    the organization's existing data loss prevention (DLP). It captures
    every document copied, scanned, faxed, or printed and gathers data
    discreetly without disrupting device speed.

3. REQUIREMENTS

    a. A printer that supports eSF v7.x applications.

       Supported eSF v7.x printers include:

    b. Memory: The printer must have a minimum of 1GB of RAM.
	
    
    c. Hard disk: The printer must have a hard disk installed with a
       minimum of 20GB free disk space.

				
    d. Supported browsers for accessing the configuration page are
       Google Chrome v43.x.x.x and Internet Explorer 11.x.x. For Internet
       Explorer, we recommend turning off the compatibility settings.
