MVE is compliant with the data protection rules under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). MVE can be configured to apply the right to be forgotten and remove private user information from the system.
Click
on the upper-right corner of the page.
Click User , and then select one or more users.
Click Delete > Delete Users .
Click
on the upper-right corner of the page.
Click LDAP .
Remove any user-related information in the search filters and binding settings.
Click
on the upper-right corner of the page.
Click E-mail .
Remove any user-related information, such as user credentials used for authenticating with the e-mail server.

From the Configurations menu, click All Configurations .
Click the configuration name.
From the Basic tab, remove any user-related values from the printer settings, such as contact name and contact location.
From the Configurations menu, click All Advanced Security Components .
Click the component name.
From the Advanced Security Settings section, remove any user-related values.
From the Printers menu, click Saved Searches .
Click a saved search.
Remove any search rule that uses any user-related values, such as contact name and contact location.
From the Printers menu, click Printer Listing .
Unassign user-related keywords from the printers.
From the Printers menu, click Keywords .
Remove any keyword that uses user-related information.
From the Printers menu, click Events & Actions .
Remove any actions that contain e-mail references to users.
