From the Include Printers menu, select a device group based on your previously bookmarked searches.
From the Report Type menu, select the type of data you want to view.

From the Report Format menu, select PDF or CSV.
If you select PDF, then in the Title field, you can choose to customize the title of the report.
If applicable, from the Group menu, select a group.
Click Generate.
