From the Embedded Web Server, navigate to the configuration page for the application.
Configure the settings.
Application Server URL—The URL to the OnBase application server.
Verify Certificate—Verifies the SSL certificate. This setting applies only to servers using https.
Verification Mode—The method used for verifying the SSL certificate. This setting applies only to servers using https.
Chain—Verify certificates that are certified by the certificate authority (CA).
Peer—Verify self-signed certificates.
SSL Certificate—The SSL certificate for the OnBase application server. This setting applies only to servers using https.
Notes:
OnBase Authentication Method—The method used for authenticating to the OnBase server.
Internal—Use the accounts stored in the OnBase server.
Active Directory—Use the Active Directory accounts configured in the OnBase server.
LDAP—Use the LDAP accounts configured in the OnBase server.
MFP Authentication Method—The method used to sign in to the printer.
Prompt for username and password—Requires the user’s credentials to sign in to the OnBase server.
Use MFP login—Uses the user credentials that are currently logged in to the printer to access the OnBase server.

Show scan settings—Shows the scan settings.
Guest Account—A generic account used to log in to the printer.

To activate the guest account, do the following:
Set OnBase Authentication Method to Internal.
Set MFP Authentication Method to Use MFP login.
Make sure that no user is logged in to the printer.

Icon Text—The custom application name.
Icon—The custom application icon.
Click Apply.
