From the printer, do either of the following:
If the printer home screen is locked, then tap or swipe your badge on the badge reader.
If the printer home screen is unlocked, then touch Print Release, and then tap or swipe your badge on the badge reader.
When prompted that the badge is not registered, tap Next.
Enter your credentials.
When prompted that the badge is successfully registered, tap Next.
