Pharos Blueprint Enterprise 5.0 or 5.1. c. The Lexmark Register ME application. d. License: This application requires an electronic license. To obtain a license, go to www.lexmark.com and click the "Contact Lexmark" link at the bottom of the screen. 4. NEW FEATURES a. The application now supports Pharos Blueprint Enterprise version 5.1. 5. LIMITATIONS AND COMPATIBILITY OF THE RELEASE a. When uninstalling and reinstalling the eDAS solution, you may not see eDAS icon unless the application is stopped and started again from the Embedded Web Server. b. When the authenticating server is down and a user tries to use the MFP, a message will appear stating: "Authentication failed. Please try logging in again." c. When documents are scanned and sent using the Email function and the user's account on the Pharos Blueprint server does not have an e-mail address associated with it, the "From Address" field is empty, meaning that recipients will not know who the sender is. d. If an SSL Server Certificate with no entry for the State field is used to secure the communication, the application will fail to connect. Therefore, when generating the Server Certificate, ensure that you populate the State field. e. Sometimes when an Omnikey card reader is connected, the following message appears on the MFP: "Unsupported USB Device. Please remove." Unplugging the card reader and plugging it in again should fix the issue. Occasionally, card swipes are not recognized after the card reader is unplugged and plugged in again. In this case, the printer must be rebooted for card swipes to be recognized. f. Sometimes when changes are made through Pharos Systems Blueprint Administrator, the changes are not reflected in the printer display unless the application is stopped and started again from the Embedded Web Server; the printer may need to be rebooted as well. This is a pre-existing issue that may not be reproducible. 5.
