Create a PDF

To create a PDF from Mac OS X version 10.1.5:

1. From the software application, click File  Print. The Print dialog is displayed.
2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose Lexmark 2200 Series.
3. From the pop-up menu in the upper left, choose Output Options.
4. Select Save as File. The Format pop-up menu is displayed.
5. Choose PDF or PostScript.
6. Click Print.

To create a PDF from Mac OS X version 10.2.3 or later:

1. From the software application, click File  Print. The Print dialog is displayed.
2. Click Save as PDF... .
