Removing the All-In-One software
If the All-In-One software is not installed properly, a communications error message appears when you try to print. You may need to remove the All-In-One software, and then reinstall it.
- From the desktop, double-click the 3300 Series folder.
 
- Double-click the 3300 Series Uninstaller icon.
 
- Complete the user authentication notice, and then click OK.

- Click Uninstall. The All-In-One software is removed.
 
- Click OK.
