Use your All-In-One to perform basic or custom print jobs.
Printing a document
- Make sure your computer and your All-In-One are on.
- With your document open, click File Print.
- To change the All-In-One settings, click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup (depending on the program or operating system), and then make changes to the settings.
- Click one of the tabs to change your print settings.
- Click OK.
- From the Print dialog box, click OK or Print (depending on the program).
Printing more than one page on a sheet of paper
- Make sure you have paper loaded in the paper support.
- From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark 4200 Series All-In-One Center icon.
The All-In-One Main Page appears.
- From the Productivity Tools area, click More than one page on a sheet of paper.
- Follow the instructions on your screen.
Printing an image as a multi-page poster
- Make sure you have paper loaded in the paper support.
- From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark 4200 Series All-In-One Center icon.
The All-In-One Main Page appears.
- Under Productivity Tools, click Print an image as a multi-page poster.
- Follow the instructions on your screen to print your poster.
Printing last page first
- Make sure you have paper loaded in the paper support.
- With your document open, click File Print.
- Click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup (depending on the program or operating system).
- Select the Print Last Page First check box.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
Printing repeating images
You can print the same image multiple times, as few as two per page and as many as eight per page, on one sheet of paper:
- Make sure you have paper loaded in the paper support.
- From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark 4200 Series All-In-One Center icon.
The All-In-One Main Page appears.
- From the Productivity Tools menu, click Repeat an image several times on one page.
- Follow the instructions on your screen, and then click Print Now.
Printing two images on one page
You can print two images on one page to save paper or create interesting documents:
- Make sure you have paper loaded in the paper support.
- From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark 4200 Series All-In-One Center icon.
The All-In-One Main Page appears.
- Click View Saved Images.
- From the Productivity Tools menu, click Print two different pictures on one page (2 on 1).
- Follow the instructions on your screen.
