Print cartridge levels seem incorrect
-
When you print documents with a large number of graphics, or with a Better or Best print quality setting, your All-In-One uses more ink. The print quality you select and the type of documents your print affect the amount of ink your All-In-One uses.
- Are you printing a large file?
-
The ink levels displayed in your All-In-One software are not updated during a print job; they represent the ink level at the beginning of the print job. For this reason, the ink levels may seem inconsistent in the printing status window when you are printing a large file.
