Page Setup dialog

The Page Setup dialog is the software that controls the All-In-One printing layout function. You can customize the settings in the Page Setup dialog according to the type of project you want to create. When you install the All-In-One software, the Page Setup dialog is set to these default settings:

• Orientation: Portrait
• Paper Size: US Letter
• Scale: 100%

You can open the Page Setup dialog from almost any application:

1. With your document open, choose File  Page Setup.

2. Adjust the settings.

   Select	Then choose	When you want to:
   Settings	Page Attributes	Choose a paper size, orientation, or scaling value for your document.
   	Custom Paper Size (on Mac OS X version 10.2 only)	Specify a paper size with customized printer margins.
   	Summary	View a summary of the current page settings.
   Format for	5200 Series	Format your page for printing with your 5200 Series All-In-One.
   Paper Size		Choose a paper size from the list.
   Orientation		Choose between Portrait, Landscape, or Reverse Landscape orientation.
   Scale		Reduce or enlarge your document to a certain percentage of its original size. Valid values are from 1 - 100,000. Recommended values are between 25% to 400% of the original document size.
