Pause print jobs

  1. From the Finder window, choose Applications  Utilities  Print Center.
  2. From the Printers menu, choose Show Printer List.
The Printer List dialog appears.
  1. Double-click 5200 Series.
  2. Select the print job you want to put on hold.
  3. Click Hold or the Hold icon.
The print job is paused.
