If the All-In-One software is not installed properly, a communications error message appears when you try to print. You may need to remove the All-In-One software, and then reinstall it.
From your desktop, double-click the 5200 Series folder.
Double-click the 5200 SeriesUninstaller icon.
Complete the user authentication notice, and then click OK.
Note:
For help on passwords, click to go to the Help Center.
Click Uninstall. The All-In-One software is removed.
