Scan a photograph
- Load your document on the scanner glass (photograph).
- Open the Lexmark All-In-One Center.

The Lexmark All-In-One Center Main Page displays.
- Select the Scan tab.
- From the What is being scanned? pop-up menu, select Photo.
- From the How will the scan be used? pop-up menu, choose To be printed or Viewed on-screen/Web page.
- From the Send scanned images to pop-up menu, choose a destination or application for your scanned photo.
- Select Prompt for multiple pages if you have several photographs to scan.
- Click Scan to begin the scan process or continue on to step 4 to view your scanned image and fine-tune your settings.
- Click Preview to open the Scan tab.
- From the Settings tab:
- Select any of these preset scan settings:
- Color Photo - Print
- Color Photo - Web
- Black & White Photo
- Black Text

Or, you can select Custom Settings and manually adjust the color depth and resolution.
- From the Descreen Magazine or Newspaper pop-up menu, choose Photo.
- From the Adjustments tab:
- Customize the settings, as needed.
- Crop photos, if needed.
- Click Scan.
Your scanned photos are sent to your selected destination or photo software application for saving or editing.
