Scanning was not successful

• The file you are scanning may be too large. If you get a File is too large error, follow the instructions to correct the error.
• Your computer or software application may be out of memory. If you get an Out of memory error, follow the instructions to correct the error.
• The All-In-One software may not be installed properly. Follow the instructions in All-In-One or scanner is not communicating with the computer.
