Check the cable connection
Verify the following items, and then send your file to print again.
- Did you connect the power supply cord to the connector at the back of your All-In-One and into a properly grounded electrical outlet?
- Make sure the power supply is firmly attached to your All-In-One.
- Make sure the other end of the power supply cord is firmly attached into a working and properly grounded electrical outlet.
- Check for loose connections.
- Is the USB cable properly connected?
- Make sure you plug the smaller, more square end of the USB cable into the back of your All-In-One.
- Make sure the other end of the USB cable is connected to the USB port at the back of your computer. The USB port is marked by the USB symbol. Plug the long, flat end of the USB cable into this port.
- Make sure the USB cable is not damaged and is firmly attached at both ends.
- Make sure the All-In-One power light is on.
