Page Setup dialog

The Page Setup dialog is the software that controls the printing layout function. You can customize the settings in the Page Setup dialog according to the type of project you want to create. When you install the All-In-One software, the Page Setup dialog is set to these default settings:

You can open the Page Setup dialog from almost any application:

  1. With your document open, choose File  Page Setup....

  2. Adjust the settings.

    Choose a paper size, orientation, or scaling value for your document.

    Custom Paper Size (from Mac OS X v10.2 and later)

    Specify a paper size with customized print margins.

    Summary

    View a summary of the current page settings.

    Save As Default (on Mac OS X v10.3 Panther only)

    Save your customized settings as your default settings.

    Format for

    6200 Series

    Format your page for printing with your Lexmark 6200 Series All-In-One.

    Paper Size

    Choose a paper size from the list.

    Orientation

    Choose from Portrait, Landscape, or Reverse Landscape orientation.

    Scale

    Reduce or enlarge your document to a certain percentage of its original size. Valid values are from 1-100,000. Recommended values are between 25% to 400% of the original document size.
