Paper jam in Tray 1 or optional Tray 2

  1. Pull Tray 1 completely out of the printer or pull the optional Tray 2 completely out of its base.

  2. Remove the jam:

    For Tray 1:

    remove jam in paper tray1

    For Tray 2:

    remove paper jam in tray 2

  3. Reinstall the tray.
