  1. Open the front door.

    Release latch on the right side of the printer is pushed to open the front door.

  2. Gently pull down the rear door.

    Gently pull down the rear door.

  3. Firmly grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull it out.

    Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

  5. From the control panel, select Next > the select button > Clear the jam, press OK > the select button to clear the message and continue printing.
