Uninstall the printer software

If the printer software does not install properly, a communications error message appears when you try to print. You may need to uninstall the printer software, and then reinstall it.

1. From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark 810 Series folder.
2. Double-click the 810 Series Uninstaller icon.
3. Complete the user authentication notice, and then click OK.

   Note:

   For help with your pass phrase, click to access the Help Center.

4. Click Uninstall.
5. Follow the steps on your screen to complete the printer software removal.
