Load envelopes
Before loading the envelopes, make sure that:
- You use envelopes designed for inkjet printers.
- The envelopes are not used, curled, or damaged.
- You are not using envelopes with holes, perforations, cutouts, deep embossing, metal clasps, string ties, metal folding bars, or exposed flap adhesive.
- The stamp location is in the upper left corner.
- You do not force the envelopes into the printer.
You can load up to 10 envelopes, depending on the thickness.
- Place the envelopes vertically against the right side of the paper support with the stamp location in the upper left corner.
- Lower the paper feed guard, squeeze the paper guide, and slide it to the left edge of the envelope.
