Load labels
Before loading the labels, make sure that:
- You use labels designed for inkjet printers.
- The labels are not used, curled, or damaged.
- There are no missing labels.
- The print side is facing you.
- The adhesive on the labels does not extend to within 1 mm of the edge of the label.
- You read any instructions that came with the labels.
- You do not force the labels into the printer.
You can load up to 25 sheets of labels, depending on the thickness.
- Load the labels vertically against the right side of the paper support.
- Lower the paper feed guard, squeeze the paper guide, and slide it to the left edge of the paper.
