Load transparencies
Before loading transparencies, make sure that:
- You use transparencies designed for inkjet printers.
- The transparencies are not used or damaged.
- The rough side is facing you.
- If the transparencies have paper backing sheets, you separated the paper from the transparencies.
- If the transparencies have a removable strip, the strip faces away from you and down.
- You read any instructions that came with the transparencies.
- You do not force the transparencies into the printer.
You can load up to 20 transparencies, depending on the thickness. However, we recommend that you load the transparencies one at a time.
- Load the transparencies vertically against the right side of the paper support.
- Lower the paper feed guard, squeeze the paper guide, and slide it to the left edge of the transparency.
