Print cards

  1. Load cards.
  2. Customize the settings in the Page Setup dialog.
    1. From the software application, choose File  Page Setup.
    2. From the Format for: pop-up menu, choose 2200 Series.
    3. From the Settings: pop-up menu, choose Page Attributes.
    4. From the Paper Size: pop-up menu, choose a card size.
    5. From the Orientation: area, select an orientation (Portrait, Landscape, or Reverse landscape).
    6. Click OK.
  3. Customize the settings in the Print dialog.
    1. From the software application, choose File  Print.
    2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose 2200 Series.
    3. From the pop-up menu on the upper left, choose Copies & Pages.
    4. On the Copies: field, type the number of cards that you want to print.
    5. From the pop-up menu on the upper left, choose Color Options.
    6. From the Document Color: pop-up menu, choose a document color setting. For information, see Select a print color option.
    7. From the pop-up menu in the upper left, choose Quality & Media.
    8. From the Paper Type: pop-up menu, choose a paper type.
    9. From the Print Quality: area, select a print quality setting. For information, see Select a print quality.
    10. Click Print. To avoid smudging ink, remove each card from the paper exit tray before the next one exits, and then let it dry before stacking.
