Choose how a scanned image will be used

1. Open the Lexmark 2200 Series Center.
2. From the Device: pop-up menu, choose Lexmark 2200 Series. The Device: pop-up menu is available only when several All-In-Ones are installed on your computer.
3. Select the Scan tab.
4. From the What is being scanned? area, choose the type of image that you are scanning.
5. From the How will the scan be used? pop-up menu, select how you will use the image.
   
   

Your scan settings are optimized based on your selection. The OCR function is not available if Photo is selected from the What is being scanned? pop-up menu.
